Palmira hails from Abia state in Nigeria and her full names are Palmira Mmerife, in 2007 palmira participated in STAR QUEST and her band known as the JEWELS won that year's edition of star quest and since then she has been professionally active in the music industry perfoming in major shows such as star mega jam,star trek,kennis music easter show and the list is endless. in 2010 she started her solo carrier recording and perfoming her own songs. she is indeed one of the talented female vocalist in nigeria with good melodious voice which has an international appeal. palmira is indeed another addition to the diva's in the music industry.
