The Empire Mates Entertainment (EME) crew of Banky W, Wizkid, Skales and Rotimi have kicked off American tour.
The tour kicked off on July 4, weeks after the release of the debut EME all star album, 'Empire Mates State of Mind' and will come to end on September 2, 2012.
According to EME, the tour will cover 9 states in North America, including New York, Chicago,Texas, and Atlanta and Toronto.
On July 20, Wizkid and Skales are slated to perform in Toronto and then head back to America to join Banky W and Rotimi for a performance in New York.
Rapper XO Senavoe, an EME associate, will join the train on August 18 in Atlanta. XO Senavoe a is half-Nigerian, half-Ghanaian rapper who featured in the historic Nigerian BET Awards Cypher which included Mode 9, Sauce Kid, M.I, Ice Prince and Naeto C.
Rotimi, on the other hand, is an American singer with Nigerian heritage. Born in New Jersey 22 years ago, his love for music started when his father, exposed him to the music of Fela Anikulapo-Kuti and Bob Marley.
