This Edition comes with a special theme; SOUL MEETS HIPHOP. This edition we celebrate soul and hiphop. The evening will feature some of the best soul singers and underground rappers in Nigeria. The list is quite impressive; from the elegant RUBY GYANG (first lady of Loopy Records - MI's record label) to the gifted ESE PETERS, PITA, UCHE AGBAI, ADUKE, DEBBIE, THE STUPIDBOTS and more. On the side of Hiphop, we have DARK POET, MTRILL, CYRUS, BOOGEY, KANEBI, YOYE, DTRUCE and more. We cannot forget the intellectual Spoken wordsmiths EFE PAUL, DONA, TOPE MASCOW, DOLAPO and more.
For those of you who do not know, EVAEZI UNPLUGGED is a matured, intimate, witty, relaxed evening of live music, poetry and spoken word featuring EVAEZI (an award winning singer formerly known as EVA) who began a campaign to promote good, live music by the 'Purists' who greatly suffer a lack of proper exposure because they are a minority in the Entertainment industry. The evening is a time of laughter, philosophies, mingling and all round relaxation. THERE IS NEVER A DULL MOMENT... It is everything needed to calm and yet stimulate the growing mind.
