Lagos - The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation realised N686.44bn from the sale of refined products from country’s three refineries in 2012, Punch reports.

The corporation had a revenue projection of N802.88bn, but it had only realised N455.3bn as at September.

The breakdown of the proposals showed that while N868.44bn was generated, the operating expenses of the refineries amounted to N654.23bn.
